We do our best to display product names, descriptions, ingredients, colors, scents, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors or product details exactly as they appear in person.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and ingredients may change at any time without notice.

3. Product Use & Skin Sensitivities

Our products are for external use only unless otherwise stated. Do not ingest our products. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, itching, rash, or discomfort occurs.

Please review all ingredients before purchasing or using any product. Everyone’s skin and hair are different, and Homestead Beauty Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or other personal reactions to a product.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we may contact you, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Homestead Beauty Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Homestead Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the personal nature of our bath, body, hair, and skincare products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

You must include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We may request additional information before approving a claim.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We do not guarantee replacements or refunds for items reported after the 3-day claim window.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have begun processing or have shipped.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item or the full order, depending on the situation.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed unless we choose to do so at our discretion.

Only one discount code may be allowed per order unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards, if offered, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
