Return & Refund Policy

At Homestead Beauty Co., all sales are final.

Due to the personal nature of our products, including body butters, body washes, scrubs, hair oils, skincare, and other bath and body items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled if it has already begun processing or has shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Please review all ingredients before purchasing. Everyone’s skin is different, and Homestead Beauty Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or irritation.
